Film industry and Indian Premier League have become so close to each other after SRK, Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty investing and taking active part in the teams encouragement. Now, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and filmmaker Priyadarshan are getting ready to launch a brand-new Kerala IPL team with the BCCI planning to include more teams into the tournament. It is heard that actress Asin,would be signed in as the brand ambassador of the team. According to news Hero Mohanlal will soon approach the KCA to know about the formalities. Once approved Kerala IPL team will debut in the next IPL in 2010
